Exercise in a group! Rather than jump on a machine or go for a run, gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beat of your favorite songs. Trained instructors lead the workout through a variety of movement combinations that exercises your muscles while you have fun at the same time. Whether it be bootcamp, yoga, cardio dance fitness or Zumba, choose something you like and join the group!

- Fall 2017 passes are good for August 28th - December 8th.
- Classes begin on Monday August 28th, 2017.
- Classes end on Friday December 8th, 2017.
- No classes on Labor Day (9/4) and Fall Break (11/18 - 11/26).
- There is a $20 card replacement fee for a lost or stolen Group X pass
- Refunds are only available until September 12th, 2017.
- Participants must show proof of pass and ID before entering class.
- Sponsored guests will be required to pay the $2 Activity Center / Rec Center West fee as well as a $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
- Community Users will be required to pay the $5 Activity Center / Rec Center West fee as well as the $3 group exercise fee for a single class.
- Classes in residential areas are for area residents and semester pass holders only.
- Passes will be prorated to $25 beginning October 9th, 2017.

Aqua Land Bootcamp - This class does more than just get you in shape! Cross training is the key to never letting your body adapt to a certain exercise. Participants should be somewhat comfortable in the water, please bring water and a towel/bathing suit you can move comfortably in.
Belly to Barre - Power up your core and step to the barre to tone and sculpt long, lean muscles.
Bootcamp - Break past personal boundaries in this supportive environment designed to expand your comfort zone. Interval cardiovascular training, weights, and a variety of other fun exercise toys are used in this class.
Body Pump & Body Pump Express - Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.
BOSU® Burn - Change up your boring old workout routine with a BOSU® ball. The BOSU® (both sides utilized) ball makes exercise extra challenging. With a flat platform on one side and a rubber dome on the other, the tool adds an element of instability to your workouts, forcing you to use your core to stay steady.
BOSU® Hiit - This exciting high intensity interval training class incorporates the BOSU® balance trainer. Challenge your core, improve you balance, and get super fit with BOSU® hiit.
Butts & Guts - An entire workout dedicated to building core strength, toning legs, and sculpting your lower body.
Cardio Dance Fitness - Move to great music and let off some steam - all while burning calories and achieving overall toning for the whole body. Easy to follow dance steps from a variety of styles combine with high cardio and kickboxing sets so there’s never a dull moment.
Cize® - Dance your way to fit with a step-by-step program from the creator of Insanity®. This pulse-pounding workout will condition your heart and lungs, strengthen your core, and send you out the door with a spring in your step.
Core Crush - Get that flat belly, but more importantly improve your posture and balance, while guarding against low back pain in this 30 minute strengthening class.
Cycle 6 Pack - This cardiovascular butt-kicking workout takes you on a sweaty ride, but you won’t need a helmet. Great cardio, but kind to your joints, with super core work sprinkled in just to make things more interesting.
Drum Core - Banging on a stability ball as if it's a drum is just plain fun! Feel the music and rock out with this 30 minute destressor.
Fitness Training 101 & Women Only Fitness Training 101 – Do you feel overwhelmed when you walk into the Fitness Area and see all the machines, weights, pulleys, benches, etc?
Come to this FREE Small Group Training class to learn the basics of fitness training. You’ll learn proper form and receive instruction on how to use the equipment.
HIIT Fit & HIIT Fit Express - High-intensity interval training is an exercise strategy which alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Burn a ton of calories and boost your metabolism in this cardio intensive class, and top it off with some strength conditioning to make you a fit hiit!
Hydro Gym - Let the water help you boost stamina and relieve stress. This low impact aerobic class will support your joints and rev up your metabolism.
Kettlebell - Includes a compilation of the most effective Russian Kettlebell workouts ranging from muscle building to core and abs to hard core cardio.
Kickboxing - This intense workout is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. Improve on your strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Spin - This program is the original and most popular group cycling class. It will not only increase your cardio but will sculpt and tone your body.
Strength and Mobility - Unleash your fitness potential with this fusion class of strength building exercises and mobility work.
Tai Chi - Tai chi is an ancient mind-body Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise which promotes serenity. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Total Body Toning - Sculpt a well-toned, well-balanced and well-proportioned body with this strength –training class.
Total Body Toning Plus - This is your great Total Body Toning just with a dose of cardio.
Tango - Beginning/Intermediate - This Tango class is for anyone interested in learning the tango-era dances. Rhythm and footwork will be covered, with a focus on technique and musicality.
Yoga - Power 90 - Practice cardiovascular and meditative Yoga postures correctly to lengthen the muscles, open jammed joints and practice breathing more effectively and effortlessly.
Yoga - Explore yoga postures and develop flexibility and balance. The focus here on proper alignment will bring you balance, strength, and a wonderful feeling of calm.
Yoga - Flow - Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Zumba™ - Zumba™ combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that will sculpt and tone your body. Who ever thought sweating could be so much fun?
