Boxing
Come to our boxing class and experience a riveting full body workout that utilizes higher intensity boxing and kickboxing methodologies that will make your muscles burn and make you sweat.
Cardio Dance
Join the party! Cardio Dance is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.
Circuit HIIT
This is the class that will help pick you back up and make you feel ready to take on the remainder of the week. We hope you see you there!
Early Morning Yoga
Awaken your body and mind with our early yoga class! Our class is designed to kick-start your day with intention and mindfulness, led by one of our skilled instructors. This class will combine various yoga techniques to help you feel aware, mobile, and motivated to take on the day.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A slower paced yoga class that helps you to slow down your mind and body with emphasis on the poses for beginners as well as seasoned yogis looking for the basics of yoga in their class.
HIIT 60
If you are looking for a higher intensity workout built off interval training, you will enjoy HIIT 60! Experience a total body workout composed of short bursts of intense exercise, and brief rest periods; giving you a workout designed to help you push yourself!
Late Night Yoga
End your day and unwind with our late-night yoga class. This is a great way for you to learn to manage your daily stressors and relax after the long days. Utilizing various yoga techniques, you can expect to feel more mobile, renewed, and ready to take on any more challenges calmly before it is time to rest.
Meditation
Come to our meditation class to experience guided meditation to lead you into a state of relaxation and exploration of mindfulness. Explore meditation through breathwork, gentle stretches, and harmonious balance of calmness and rejuvenation for your mind and body!
MMA Conditioning
The MMA Conditioning course will be a high-intensity training program designed to mimic the rigorous demands of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Combining elements of strength, endurance, agility, and explosive movements, this course is crafted to enhance overall athletic performance similar to the pretense of MMA. Participants will undergo a systematic approach to conditioning, incorporating both cardiovascular and strength training exercises that copy the dynamic movements and energy systems engaged during MMA bouts. No prior experience is needed, come ready to get some rounds in!
Strength and Mobility
A class that is focused on using external weight in addition to your body weight to build strength in multiple planes of motion, in addition to enhancing your mobility across all major joints. This class provides the perfect amount of balance for those looking to gain strength and either enhance their mobility or be sure it isn’t lost.
Spin N’ Lift
Take our Spin N Lift class for a different kind of challenge, that introduces our Keiser spin bikes with traditional strength training movements. Expect to experience different kinds of training, including but not limited to HIIT Training, TABATA Training, Interval Training and Circuit training. This class focuses on building your cardiovascular endurance and strength across your full body!

Yin Yoga is a slower paced, more gentle style of yoga. We work with basic movements and poses to stretch and enhance the mobility of the body’s fascial network, while attempting to focus on mindfulness of your motion and surroundings.
