• Students recently voted yes to increase the Student Union Fee to $100 per semester beginning in fall 2023. Next steps are to secure approval from the Texas State Legislature to raise the cap on the Student Union Fee. If this happens, the proposed union facility will go through design and development and then construction will begin. The complete process is expected to take several years. Stay tuned for updates. The Intramural and Intercollegiate Athletics Fee (proposed $7 per semester credit hour) did not pass. Students may be asked to reconsider that increase at a future date to be determined.
