Health & Wellness Initiatives

Counseling Center

  • Feb. 10: WISE support group, noon-1:30 p.m., in collaboration with the Multicultural Center.
  • Feb. 11: OUTerspace support group, 2-3 p.m., in collaboration with Galerstein Gender Center.
  • Three-week intensive advanced workshops are starting soon, including Getting Unstuck (depression focused), Anxiety Toolbox (anxiety focused) and Bridge (relationship focused). Comet Chats, 15-minute consultations with SCC counselors, are held weekly. Email the center for schedules.
  • Follow the center on Instagram (@utdcounseling) for up-to-date service offerings and tips about mental health support.
