Six Staff Members Earn Fall Semester CARE Awards
Associate Director of Financial Aid A.J. Garcia joined five other staffers in receiving a fall CARE Award. The honor is presented to staff members who demonstrate exceptional performance. The University Staff Council received 34 nominations for the award, which is believed to be a record high.
President: Campus Growth, Improvements Abound
UT Dallas President Dr. David E. Daniel sat down with nine staff members on Nov. 6 to field questions about the university. While campus expansion and beautification projects are on the horizon, Tier One status also appears within reach. Expanded research and a targeted enrollment of 30,000 students are just a few factors in the equation.
