Comet Spirit Programs

Power Dancers

Power Dancers are the official dance team of UT Dallas. Members perform at varsity athletic events, make special appearances on campus throughout the year, and are a source of school spirit. They perform hip hop, pom, jazz and a variety of other dance styles. Being a member of the Power Dancers family provides an opportunity for students to exercise initiative, leadership and creativity through dance. In addition to performing at university and community events, Power Dancers have appeared on ESPN College Game Day and Good Morning Texas. The team travels to Florida each year to compete at the National Dance Alliance (NDA) College Nationals.
