Step 1

  • Go to
  • Click Manage UTD Account Information.
  • Log in with your NetID and Password.

Step 2

  • Click My Profile.

Step 3

  • Next to “Make PEA your default FROM address?” click Enable.
  • Wait 15 minutes for the change to take effect.

PEA Change Request

If you would like to have your PEA changed, you will need to submit an Atlas self-service ticket at To submit an Atlas Self-service ticket:

  • Go to and log in using the link in the top right corner
  • Click the Service Catalog button
  • Under Account & ID Management and Identity Mangement (NetID), click Change PEA Address
  • Enter your prefered PEA as well as two alternative PEAs in case your primary choice is unavailable
  • Click Add to Cart
  • Click Submit Order
Note: PEAs are not case sensitive and periods are not taken into account. Periods are optional additions and emails can be sent to addresses with or without them.
