Non-Smartphone Options for NetIDPlus (Duo)

If you do not have the Duo app installed, or do not have access to a smartphone, you can still log in by having the system contact you at the phone number you set up your NetIDplus account with.

Phone Call

  1. You can use your phone to authenticate with NetIDPlus. On the authentication screen, select Call Me.

  1. NetIDPlus will then call you and provide instructions to verify your account so you can authenticate.


Text (SMS)

  1. You can use text message to authenticate with NetIDplus. On the authentication screen, select Enter a Passcode.

  1. If you do not have a code already, select Text me new codes in the blue banner. NetIDplus will then send 10 one-use codes to your phone.
  2. Enter one of those codes in the passcode field and select Log In.
