Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching is a Microsoft program that allows eligible students, faculty and staff to download and install fully-licensed versions of certain Microsoft programs onto their personal computers for educational purposes. Software obtained through Azure Dev Tools should not be installed on UTD computers.


To log in to Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, visit https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/devtools and log in with your [email protected]. The Azure portal is protected by NetIDplus.


While some software is available for all UTD students, most parts of Azure Dev Tools for Teaching are tied to department-specific agreements. If you are not finding what you are looking for, contact your departmental IT or the Help Desk.


Office is not available through Azure Dev Tools. To download & install Office 365, follow these instructions.
