UT Dallas Returns to Normal Operations Friday After Delayed Start

UT Dallas has returned to normal operations Friday, after opening the campus at 10 a.m.

The Comet Cruiser is running on its regular schedule. Comet Cabs are also transporting people to and from the Career Expo Days and the residence halls.

Level 5 of Parking Structure 1 remains closed for safety purposes. Holders of green parking perments will be able to park on level 4.

The Dining Hall and other retail food outlets are also open.

8 p.m., Feb. 6

UT Dallas to Delay Opening Friday, Feb. 7, Until 10 a.m.

The University of Texas at Dallas will delay its official opening on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, until 10 a.m. Classes and events scheduled before that hour are canceled. Use good judgment: Employees and students are not expected to place travel for work or class attendance above considerations for individual health and safety.  Refer to the UT Dallas inclement weather closing guidelines for more information.

11:10 a.m., Feb. 6

UT Dallas Classes for Feb. 6 Canceled as of 1 p.m.

UT Dallas classes scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. or after on Feb. 6, 2014, are canceled due to inclement weather.

Nonessential faculty and staff may depart campus beginning at 2 p.m. The UT Dallas Career Fair will remain open as scheduled until 3 p.m.
