A Healthier You Starts This Summer with Naturally Slim
Losing weight and feeling your best doesn’t mean you have to give up grilling this summer.
Ever wonder how some people can eat all their favorite foods and not gain weight? Naturally Slim is an online program that will teach you how. And here’s a hint: it doesn’t include starving, counting calories or spending hours prepping “approved” foods.
Naturally Slim is a 10-week, online program based on Eatology, the study of when, why and how we eat. Unlike diets, which rely on your will power and “eat this, not that” advice, Naturally Slim teaches you simple, repeatable skills to help you lose weight and keep it off in the real world, without giving up the foods you love.
The application period for Naturally Slim is June 10-21. The program starts Monday, July 8 and is available to all UT SELECT and UT CONNECT Medical Plan members age 18 and older, including employees, retirees, spouses and dependents who have not participated in the last 12 months.
For more information, download the Naturally Slim flyer.
