Adrienne Wilson

Adrienne Wilson, M.Ed., CCEP

Equity & Compliance Training Coordinator

Manages training initiatives including the development, oversight, monitoring, and administration of online course instruction for the Compliance Training Program. Oversees the COI, COC and Outside Activities portal and is the administrator for the Ethics and Compliance Hotline.

Adrienne has received SCCE Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional Certification.

Marco Mendoza

Marco Mendoza, MPA, PHR, SHRM-CP

Senior Director of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator

Develops, implements, and monitors university programs and policies promoting and ensuring compliance with Title IX including educational programs and training for students, faculty, and staff. Investigates allegations of discrimination and sexual misconduct including sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, and retaliation under the University’s Nondiscrimination and Sexual Misconduct policies.

Serves as the university’s Title IX Coordinator. Marco has received ATIXIA Civil Rights Investigator Level Four Certification.

Heather Dragoo, MPA, JD, CAAP

Director of Institutional Equity & EEO and ADA Coordinator

Develops, implements, and monitors university programs and policies promoting and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university equal opportunity, affirmative action, and nondiscrimination requirements including educational programs and training for faculty, staff, and students.

Serves as the university’s ADA Coordinator. Heather has received ATIXIA Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Investigator Level Four Certifications.

Equity and EEO Investigator

Investigates allegations of discrimination and harassment based on protected class (including race, color, religion, sex , national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender expression, and gender identity), sexual misconduct, and retaliation.

Nona has received ATIXIA Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Investigator Level One Certifications.
