Annual Benefits Enrollment, July 15-31, 2019

Annual Benefits Enrollment for UT Dallas benefits-eligible employees will open Monday, July 15, and continue through Wednesday, July 31. During this period, you may enroll in or change your Plan Year 2019-2020 insurance benefit elections, sign up for or re-enroll in UT FLEX, and add or remove dependents from your coverage plan. This is a great opportunity to learn what is new and make changes that meet your needs. You can also explore and discover the new My UT Benefits system. You may also add/change your beneficiaries for your Life and AD&D coverage. Beneficiaries posted on the Old My UT Benefits are not visible on the New My UT Benefits but are recorded at Dearborn National.

By July 15, employees will receive an email invitation to login for Annual Enrollment from UT System Office of Employee Benefits (OEB). To review your current benefits and enroll for 2019-2020, login to the new My UT Benefits using your UT Dallas Net ID and Password. You may enroll between July 15 through July 31.

New Hires, Newly Benefits-eligible Employees and Employees with Life Event Changes between July 1, 2019 and Aug. 31, 2019:

If you were hired, became benefits-eligible or experienced a life event change (i.e. marriage, birth of a child, or divorce) between July 1, 2019 and Aug. 31, 2019, you must enroll or change your coverage within 31 days from the date of the event. Review both years' enrollment to ensure changes to your benefits for the life event and annual enrollment are processed accurately.


Benefits and Wellness Fair

To learn more, attend the UT Dallas Annual Benefits and Wellness Fair on Monday, July 22, in the Student Union Galaxy Rooms (SU 2.602). For more information about the fair’s schedule of events, My UT Benefits demonstrations, games and prizes, view the event flyer (PDF [Portable Document Format File] ). UT Select/UT Connect participants are encouraged to sign up for Airrosti Evaluation (PDF [Portable Document Format File] ) and Health Screening through Catapult Health. Individuals who signed up for a Catapult Health checkup must ensure they show up to their appointment to avoid a no-show fee of $160.
