Payment

  • The full balance of the initial housing charges must be paid on or before the day of arrival.
  • Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. Guests will receive an invoice and instructions to pay once an agreement has been signed.
  • You may cancel your reservation in writing by April 15 to receive a full refund of the housing charges paid in advance.
  • Cancellation for any reason after April 15 will result in forfeiture of all payments received.
  • No refunds will be provided after occupancy is taken, including for unused meals, parking and Activity Center memberships.
  • Rooms will be checked after departure and a final bill may be issued for any damages incurred.
