Reservation Request
It will take seven business days to process this request. Submission of this form is not a guarantee of housing at UT Dallas. The reservation does not allow you to check in. You will receive an agreement that needs to be signed in order for you to check in on the date selected.
Payment
- The full balance of the initial housing charges must be paid on or before the day of arrival.
- Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card. Guests will receive an invoice and instructions to pay once an agreement has been signed.
- You may cancel your reservation in writing by April 15 to receive a full refund of the housing charges paid in advance.
- Cancellation for any reason after April 15 will result in forfeiture of all payments received.
- No refunds will be provided after occupancy is taken, including for unused meals, parking and Activity Center memberships.
- Rooms will be checked after departure and a final bill may be issued for any damages incurred.
