Keeping the Community Informed

Through a wide range of communications, we develop future University connections by telling the stories of donors, gifts, alumni and friends who invest in the vision of UT Dallas.

As one of the fastest growing Universities in the nation, The University of Texas at Dallas has fostered important relationships with donors, supporters and alumni. By featuring those relationships, we’re able to show the impact of the gifts and support we receive.

Our Work

As the connecting point between the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and communications across campus, we ensure consistent messaging, voice and branding through the work we produce.

Publications: We produce print and digital publications such as Momentum and Alumni Link, as well as contribute to News Center, the UT Dallas Magazine and other websites and external pieces.

Appeals & Stewardship: This includes annual giving initiatives, proposals, stewardship pieces and acknowledgement letters.

Print Request: Submit your print request using the form below.

Emails & Web: We use email marketing, registration pages, digital content and web development to support University initiatives. Submit your request using the forms below or learn more about our mass email process.

Marketing & Event Support: We develop presentations, collateral, scripting, photography and videos for department events.

Design Projects: Please send all design-related project requests to Jill Blevins (Jill.Blevins@utdallas.edu) and Garrett Chace (Garrett.Chace@utdallas.edu). Include as many details as possible, along with a cost center (if physical printing is needed) and required in-hand date. Design requests will be completed within 10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Digital Media: The community can stay up to date with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Flickr and shareable media.

Office Brand Guidelines

Brand guidelines unify an organization through a cohesive visual identity that includes logos, colors, fonts and messaging. We developed these guidelines to help you achieve consistency across all print and digital platforms.

All external marketing/direct mail communications (e.g., ads, publications, newsletters, brochures, etc.) should be approved by the Office of Development and Alumni Relations communications team before production or publication. Final drafts and proofs of print and digital pieces should be forwarded for review to Jill Blevins (Jill.Blevins@utdallas.edu) and Garrett Chace (Garrett.Chace@utdallas.edu).
