School and Community Outreach

The Department of Community Engagement partners with schools and communities to assist with college preparation for middle and high school students. The Department provides informational presentations in the community about UT Dallas, participates in admissions and financial aid nights in the community, and provides programs to support UT Dallas students in need.

Programs

G-Force Mentor Program

The UT Dallas College G-Force Mentor Program serves students from area high schools with researching colleges, completing admissions applications, planning college visits and applying for financial aid and scholarships.

Douglas Aundre Peterson Fund for Homeless Students

The Douglas Aundre Peterson Fund for Homeless Students is an endowed fund to support homeless students and students in need at UT Dallas. The Fund is managed by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Speaker/College Fair Request

This request is for organizations who wish to have a UT Dallas representative speak at their event or wish to have a UT Dallas table at their college fair.
