"Deep earthquakes in slab anisotropy - the role of subducted carbonates and further testable iideas" Geosciences Seminar

The Depatment of Geosciences is pleased to announce the upcoming seminar and invite you to join us on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. in ROC 2.103.  Our distinguished guest speaker will be Dr. Yingeai Zheng from the University of Houston.  The title of his presentation will be:  Deep earthquakes in slab anisotropy - the role of subducted carbonates and further testable ideas".

Admission is free and refreshments will be served before the seminar in ROC 2.107 AT 4:00 p.m.  We hope you will plan to attend.
