The New York Times called this cult classic “a musical that deals with mutating identity and time warps” that became a phenomenon. Brad and Janet retreat to an eerie mansion after getting a flat tire in a storm. While there, they meet Dr. Frank-N-Furter and his latest creation. The Rocky Horror Show is a collaboration between the theatre and dance programs in the School of Arts and Humanities.

Directed by Shelby Hibbs.

O’Brien created The Rocky Horror Show as a dark comedy tribute to b horror and science fiction films. The signature dance number’s song, “The Time Warp,” is commonly played at weddings and dances. The Rocky Horror Show is a collaboration between the theatre and dance programs in the School of Arts and Humanities and will feature UTDance performers.

Due to the popularity of this show we are recommending that students pre purchase their tickets online. Free student tickets may not be available the night of the show due to presales.

Prop packs will be available for $5.00 the night of the show. Cash Only. NO outside props will be allowed.

Warning: Show contains adult language, partial nudity, strobe lights and fog.
