Research Assistant Professor
Phill Johnson is a Lecturer in Arts & Technology. His research includes virtual environment design and development. He focuses on interactivity and narrative in the digital space, including educational environments and game level design.
After receiving his MFA in Arts & Technology from UT Dallas, he has been teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in virtual environments and providing project management for research in serious games and training simulators.
Phill is currently focusing on procedural generation of virtual spaces for games, aesthetic digital spaces, and storytelling through interactive game environments.
