BRIEF BIO:
 
I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at University of Texas at Dallas. I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2006, and a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2001. My research interests include computer graphics, computer animation, and visualization, with an emphasis on geometric modeling, processing, and physics-based deformation. My current researches at UT-Dallas are focused on: spectral geometric analysis, deformable models, centroidal Voronoi tessellation, GPU algorithms, 3D and 4D medical image analysis, etc. I received the NSF CAREER Award of 2012.
