Transmitter - worn by teacher; uses the electrical signal to modulate the frequency of a high frequency carrier signal, which is then broadcast via an antenna
Receiver - worn by child; demodulates the frequency-modulated signal, which is then amplified and delivered to the user
Transducer - modifies the frequency response from the receiver
