• Argon at 100 mTorr, 20 sccm, Irf=10.2mA, Vrf=24.8 V, Frf=301.6 º, Ne=2.6E8 cm-3.
• The linear fit gives:
  • Vfloat(0)=7.96V
  • RSheath=6450W
