Cluster of this laboratory is very small in size. It consists of 4 nodes. Each node has P-IV machines with about 80GB of Hard disk space and 1 GB on main memory. We use sample data in this cluster and test our code and carry on various optimization algorithms on small set of data input.

Security Analysis and Information Assurance Laboratory (SAIAL)

This Lab is total of 32 nodes. All the nodes of this cluster runs on commodity class hardware on which HADOOP runs well. This 32 nodes have mixture of hardware combination in them.10 nodes have little high end configuration like P-IV machines with 500 GB of disk Space and 4 GB of main memory in each of them. Remaining 22 nodes are also P-IV machines having about 80 GB of Hard disk space and 2 GB of main memory in each. All these nodes are connected to each other via 48-port Cisco switch on an internal network. Only the master node is accessible from public network.
