Textbook: Information Technology Project Management, Fourth Edition.  Kathy Schwalbe

Other references:
The Mythical Man-Month by Fred Brooks.  Ths is the classic text, using IBM's OS/360 project as his example.
Beyond Reason by Roger Fisher and Daniel Shapiro.  This is one of the best books on negotiation I have seen.
Project Management by Harold Kerzner.  This is the text I use in the graduate course.  Although it is not specifically geared toward our industry, it is an excellent book.
