HOW TO SAVE A SCREEN IMAGE


A screen image (often called a screen dump or screen snapshot) is a file that contains a pixel-by-pixel image of all or part of the screen that was visible at the instant at which the image was copied from the framebuffer into a file. The following links give information on making a screen snapshot in each of the three major operating systems used in this course.
