Because superheroes are CONSTANTLY using the trucks to beat baddies (effecitvely leaving their contents useless), the Liquid Nitrogen Shipping Service NEVER makes a successful delivery. They sit around all day going "Did the shipment make it?" "Nah, Captain Tights needed it to stop the Ten-Arsed Man...we'll have to get another ready." There's only one chemical supply warehouse in the whole Omniverse that really NEEDS any liquid nitrogen...they just haven't gotten any since the Heroic Age began. They've been waiting darn-near ten or twenty years, man...
