I am this person's Computer Science professor.  I have contacted him
(you shouldn't send e-mail from university dorm rooms if you want
it to be truly anonymous)and taken appropriate action.  Not only is he
in danger of violating university rules on cheating, but he is
volunteering to commit a federal copyright violation.  Cheers to those
of you who turned him down--and, by the way, no one took him up on his
offer.  I have no homework submission from him.
