Kibo's obsession with cones reminded me (for NO apparent reason) of
the university student prank I ever heard of, done by some Swedish
University of Technology.

For this-or-that occasion, some students bought a park bench, and got
receipts and everything for it.

Then they went out into town, carrying the bench with them. They
were, of course, stopped by the police. So they showed the police the
receipt and explained to them that, yes, it was their very own park
bench and they could carry it around as much as they liked. So the
police let them go.

This happened many times that night. Everytime a new police car
spotted them, they showed their receipt, and were let go.

Finally, after most of the police in town had seen them (this wasn't
that big a town), they put the bench down, and started moving around
the real park benches.

Nobody stopped them.
