I listen to a variety of sounds, from
Classical, to
Jazz, to
The Edge. I try
to catch The Adventure Club when I can. You never know what
you'll hear on there.
Apparently some kids are doing a web radio show on campus now. They're only on in the evenings (can probably thank the RIAA.) Sounded pretty good the few times I've listened. Oddly enough, I have stumbled upon trance lately. OK, so I'm probably a bit old to rave, but what can I say. I like it in my ear phones while banging away on the powerbook. Once again on the web: di.fm, etn.fm, and tranceairwaves. Kinda cool when over 5000 kids all over the world are raving to the same beat, even if I can't really keep up. No wonder it crumbled the Berlin wall. A colleague, Steve Lewis, has an interesting commentary on The Fragile, by Nine Inch Nails. ...well, it was interesting. |
