Download and extract .zip archive and click on CeMeas.jar to execute. The input graph should be specified in .txt file containing an edge in the form Vertex1-Vertex2 (view sample input file). All results of computation will be recorded in the .txt file that will be located in the selected output directory under the name made of the input file with the prefix “output_”.
