PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

The objective of this course in operations management is to provide a survey of those managerial concepts and quantitative tools required in the design, operation, and control of production and service systems. The text provides information on the major techniques used to operate businesses and industries, which are applied in the solution of the assigned problems and cases. The quantitative techniques provide experience in problem solving while teaching specific analytical skills.
