Important news about your UT Select benefits! Effective September 1, 2008, colonoscopy coverage under UT SELECT performed by an in- network physician at an in- network facility will now be available at no cost to the participant.
Take a moment to review your Flex election…did you estimate your election based on the current benefit payment for colonoscopy (typically $400-$800?) Now’s your chance to change your election on UT TOUCH before Annual Enrollment ends July 31, 2008.

Remember, all evidence of insurability (EOI) forms must be postmarked by August 15, 2008. If you made a change in UT TOUCH that requires EOI, this is indicated on your confirmation email and the Benefits Summary. EOI forms are available in UT TOUCH on the Benefits Summary tab.
The UT System Office of Employee Benefits Annual Enrollment period begins July 1st and ends midnight, July 31st. This is your opportunity to review insurance coverage, elect new coverage, make changes to existing coverage or add eligible dependents.

Great news! We are pleased to tell you that there will be no premium changes for 2008-2009. Your out-of-pocket insurance premium costs will NOT increase. In addition, ALL plan coverage, co-pays and deductibles will remain the same. There are NO changes to any of our plans.
UTTOUCH, our on-line enrollment system, is available 24 hours a day. Did you know that 60% of our employees log on during the last two days? Change the trend, log on early! Log-on using your Benefits ID (BID) and PIN or your SSN & PIN. You may retrieve your Benefits ID on the Personal Information page in UT TOUCH - Log on using your SSN & PIN to get started.
Evidence of Insurability EOI
is required to enroll in short term disability, long term disability, and enroll in or increase group life insurance. Adding previously eligible dependents to your medical coverage may require an EOI form. Read our EOI FAQs
